Standard: 
Spring balancers YBF are designed in accordance with DIN 15112 Declaration of EC-conformity

Housing: 
Manufactured from high-tensile aluminum pressure die casting for maximum resistance to impact.

Manual Drum Lock: 
For an easy exchange of rope or for changing the attached load.

Spring-assembly: 
Inside the balancer guarantees a consistent counterbalance throughout the complete working range.
As separate units in a closed steel housing for improved handling during assembly and disassembly. Reduced risk of injuries.
Easy exchange of wire rope: 
A small slot in the body facilitates the removal and re-installation of the rope without any need to disassemble the unit.

Precautions during use:

1. Choose the appropriate spring balancer according to the weight of tools and accessories

2. Be sure to connect the safety rope when hanging

3. Adjust the main adjusting worm on the balancer to make the weight of the balancer and the  weight of the tool used are the same, so that the tool can be balanced in any position within the range of travel, that is, in a weightless state

4.When the tool is not hung, do not pull it empty for no reason, so as not to cause the wire rope wrong slot to be stuck or fall

5. Should be hung vertically under load
